The intent of the Market is to provide a facility for Farmers, Growers, Specialty Foods and Artisans to display and sell hand produced and crafted goods. Rules and regulations have been established to provide a “level sales atmosphere” that best supports and celebrates local entrepreneurs and small business owners. We all embrace the standard of “I am because we are” and work together for success. Participants understand that failure to adhere to these rules and regulations are grounds for dismissal from the market.
- Application deadline Wednesday, February 1, 2023 (5p) EST
- Application reviewed early February with selection announced February 24, 2023.
- Invoices will be sent to all fulltime vendors with full payment required on or before March 7, 2023
- Mandatory Market Meeting March 9, 2023, with details sent to all vendors
Application submission does not guarantee a vendor space at the Farmers Market. Holiday market will have a separate application.
Famers Market vendors do not have to be a DREAM Community Partner. Community Partnership is only required for DREAM events such as, Third Thursday, Christmas Parade, Sweet Tea Fest, etc.
Applications received after the deadline will automatically be added to the waitlist and not considered for a permanent spot.
Any Farmers, Growers, or general vendor that do not meet the criteria outlined in the Market Rules and Regulations will not be considered for a space.
Violation of Rules and Regulations will disqualify you from participating.
Spaces are assigned based on Market layout and participation. There are NO guaranteed spaces and Summerville DREAM management reserves the right to change the market layout and/or reassign vendors at any point in time, including day of.
The market is situated in a combination of public and private land. Vendors must provide grace if cars are parked in assigned area. DREAM will assist with relocation as needed.
Vendors are responsible for providing, setting and removing all needed tables, chairs, tents, sales equipment and the like. No refunds for vendor relocation.

Summerville Farmers Market host local farmers, growers, artisans and specialty food vendors.
If interested in being a Market Vendor please filled out the application in full and submit all supporting documentations. Applications are reviewed by the Market Committee and assignments made based on selection criteria.
Business Booth Opportunities
If your company is interested in supporting the Farmers Market you may apply to be a business vendor. Business vendors are provided with a 10×10 booth to display/demonstrate goods and services. Space is limited, fee is $100 per week.
MAKE IT A DAY
Shop the market, visit unique shops and pick-up lunch all within a few square blocks. There is something great happening in Historic Downtown Summerville.
There is plenty of FREE parking throughout the downtown including the town garage located behind Town Hall.
