Sweet Tea Vendor Information

Vendor Application deadline July 25 at 5pm EST.

  • Individual craft, artisans, businesses, specialty foods and food truck vendors will have the opportunity to apply for vendor spaces.
  • The application does NOT guarantee participation.
  • The Sweet Tea Festival Committee will review all applications and selection is based on uniqueness, past sweet tea fest experience, tea contest, community partner status, and festival footprint.
  • All applicants will be notified and those selected will be provided with a set of follow-up procedures associated with corresponding deadlines.
  • Please note the application dates, rules/regulations, and deadlines. Additionally, please review all fees and DREAM Community Partnership requirements.

The deadline to apply to participate in Summerville Sweet Tea Festival has closed. However, if things change and you would like to be considered an alternate, please fill out the Sweet Tea Festival Waitlist form and the committee will review if there are any opportunities and will contact you with details if you are selected.
