Think about how food is grown and processed. The timing of taking something out of the field right before it is fully ready. Shipping it over hunders of miles, etc. Now think about your local farmers and the people that are working the fileds and livestock here in the greater Summerville community and the fact that you can talk to them and know that the food is quality … guess I’ll see you this Saturday at the Farmers Marker from 8a to 1p
